If all goes as planned, next month’s issue of fête will include both “Bratwurst” (blogged June 8) and a “fetetorial” short featuring publisher Jay Spivey. With five actors shot in four locations spread out over two cities, “Bratwurst” promises to be one of our most ambitious undertakings to date.

My impetus for attacking these projects now rather than later is the anniversary event that fête will host in August at Fusion. They’re purveyors of high-end entertainment equipment (or, in their words, high-end technology integration partners) in Greenville’s West End. The Fusion showroom is filled with big, beautiful screens, many of which will be looping fête videos during the anniversary event. A chance for us to see our stuff increased and multiplied.
